Our HIIT style workouts are a very efficient way to get your workout in for the day. Our workouts are 30 minutes. They are always a full body workout. Every workout includes strength training, endurance training, flexibility and stability training, and cardio.
We provide you with a different workout each day to ensure you are getting a variety of movements each week. We post our workouts on the Zen Planner app and are accessible to our members.
During your workout there is always a trainer available to help you with form, modifications, substitutions, etc. We want you to get the most out of every workout!
