I carry multiple certifications in strength & conditioning, Olympic lifting, and personal training and have worked in fitness for more than 20 years. In that time, I've worked with college and professional athletes, people transitioning from injury rehab, and every day people just wanting to be in the best shape of their lives. T:E was born out of my cranium. It has been the most fulfilling concept I have ever been a part of.
